ALL EXPANDED METAL SHEETS ARE SOLD AS FULL SHEETS ONLY. IF CUTTING SERVICES ARE REQUESTED, CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY FOR THE FULL SHEET AND WILL RECEIVE ANY REMAINING MATERIAL (DROPS). NO PARTIAL SHEET PRICING OR YIELD-BASED BILLING WILL BE PROVIDED.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Standard sheet stock is 4′ x 8′. Please specify your cut size. Pricing is based on full sheets—customer to keep drops.
- For thickness sizes not shown, please inquire for a custom quote.
- Typical processing times are between 1-3 business days Monday – Thursday.
- If material is not in stock at the time of ordering, please allow an additional 1-3 days for restocking.
- No deburring is available on expanded metal. Customers to accept as-is conditions.
SHIPPING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
- In-shop pickup hours are 8am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, except on holidays.
- We can palletize your orders for your shipping arrangements if required (additional fees may apply).
- Local courier delivery options are available (quoted service).
- If UPS shipping is requested for small parts, a processing fee will be applied.
PRODUCT QUALITY:
- Raw materials often have minor nicks, scratches, rust (if steel), and burrs. If no surface finish requirements are noted, we assume mill finish stock is acceptable. Additional charges may apply for surface finish treatments. All shear cut sheets and plates come with light deburring.
- Standard fabrication tolerances vary from process to process and are part/geometry dependant. Below are examples of some of our tolerances, but not limited or held to these specs.
