- Specifications: ASTM A36 carbon steel.
- Material lengths are available up to 240″ long.
- For thickness sizes not shown, please inquire for a custom quote.
- Typical processing times are between 1-3 business days Monday – Thursday.
- If material is not in stock at the time of ordering, please allow an additional 1-7 days for restocking.
- Saw-cut edges do not include deburring.
SHIPPING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
- In-shop pickup hours are 8am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, except on holidays.
- We can palletize your orders for your shipping arrangements if required (additional fees may apply).
- Local courier delivery options are available (quoted service).
- If UPS shipping is requested for small parts, a processing fee will be applied.
PRODUCT QUALITY:
- Raw materials often have minor nicks, scratches, rust (if steel), and burrs. If no surface finish requirements are noted, we assume mill finish stock is acceptable. Additional charges may apply for surface finish treatments. All shear cut sheets and plates come with light deburring.
- Material thickness tolerance approximately ±1/64″.
- Standard fabrication tolerances vary from process to process and are part/geometry dependant. Below are examples of some of our tolerances, but not limited or held to these specs.
- Sheet Metal Forming ±1/64″ to ±1/32″
- Saw Cutting ±1/8″
- Shear Cutting ±1/64″
