Pour stops are an essential component in the construction industry, particularly in concrete and structural steel work. They are used to create a physical barrier within a concrete pour to control the flow and limit the spread of the material, ensuring precise and intentional distribution. Quantity price breaks will automatically be calculated.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Material lengths are all 120″ long.
- For thickness sizes not shown, please inquire for a custom quote.
- Typical processing times are between 1-3 business days Monday – Thursday.
- If material is not in stock at the time of ordering, please allow an additional 1-3 days for restocking.
- Shear cut edges include light deburring.
SHIPPING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
- In-shop pickup hours are 8am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, except on holidays.
- We can palletize your orders for your shipping arrangements if required (additional fees may apply).
- Local courier delivery options are available (quoted service).
- If UPS shipping is requested for small parts, a processing fee will be applied.
PRODUCT QUALITY:
- Raw materials often have minor nicks, scratches, rust (if steel), and burrs. If no surface finish requirements are noted, we assume mill finish stock is acceptable. Additional charges may apply for surface finish treatments. All shear cut sheets and plates come with light deburring.
- Standard fabrication tolerances vary from process to process and are part/geometry dependant. Below are examples of some of our tolerances, but not limited or held to these specs.
